I hate the haze....It's so terrible...Can't even see the rd clearly..Yucks...
I'm feeling ever so tired again...I do not know why....Maybe Coz i've been sleeping at 12plus everyday????I shd start sleeping at 10...
My backache is acting up again...But I'm too lazy to go for acupunture...Hope the yoga classes Im going for will help ease e pain...
Went for yoga lesson yest...The 1st lesson was terrible..Me and carol almost blackout during the 1st 30mins....Terrible....Haha...The breathing alone is enuff to make me sees stars....But i like e ending part of lying on the mat and relaxing....I doze off i think...Haha...
Work is more or less on track...I guess everything is settled.....Cath alone....twice each week...Got acute call fr help...Lucky I've abunch of helpful colleagues....If not throw me up there die alone....
I need to catch a nap now...Feeling so bloated though i've only eaten an apple...Crazy stomach....
