I hate yesterday... I simply hate it... Kena accused as dishonest, untrustworthy, manipulating machine... Bloody hell.....
Your mother simply can't do the test and yet you can't accept the fact and you've to push the blame all to us... She've already said she tends to pant.. She can't help it at all... But all that was going in your mind was we're not doing the test the right way... We manipulate with e machine... We're not trustworthy...We're not honest... I don't even know why such a person exist in ths world... You can scold or whatever but do not ever make such disgusting assumsation on other ppls' character... You don't haf the right.. Don't say no offences taken at the end...Coz the damage have been done...
In the 1st place when you came you've been throwing lotsa qns at us... The moment we told you your mother can't do the test you throw all your temper on us... I dont care what the fuck you've been through.. But we're not for you to vent your anger on!!!!!!
Bastard: Why.. Tell me why she can't do the test.. I want an explaination from you all... It's a waste of my time.. Everytime tell me the test can't be done...
Us: You're mother can't perform the test at all after several tries.. So we've to cancel the test...You all can go back don't need to pay...

Us: We've already told her clearly how to do.. But your mother tends to pant..And she say she cannot stop panting...We didn't get any result that's why we wont charge you...
Bastard: Then try again... I want to see how you all do the test...I tell my mother to do properly..
Us: Ok... You can come in and see if you want..

And so we did the test... The result is still the same.. We can;t get any values at all...
Us: See... We can;t get any values at all.. Coz your mother keeps panting.. We need her to blow long... She keeps panting the machine can't detct anything..
Bastard:You sure???
us: ya.. You can stand here and listen.. Your mother is panting whenever we ask her to blow...
Bastard moves to stand beside us while we do the test again...
Us: You can hear your mother panting too... She keeps panting the machine cant sense the air.. That's why there is no values... Thats why we're cancelling the test.. We've even asked our senior to come over and help.. But she really can;t do the test...Coz the docs won't be able to tell where the prob is also..
Bastard:If my mother can't do the test then why did the doc order this test???
Us: The dos doesn't know that your mother can't do this test... We've got old pts coming who can do this test... If the doc doesn't order this test she wont know if your mother knows how to do the test anot...
Bastard:I mean i'm not a medical staff so I don't know if that's really the right way to the test or what... But if you all are honest and right about the way you all do the procedure then i won't say anything...
Us: Thats the way to do the test...We teach al the patients the same things... I can show you what kind of loops we want...

Us: We can't manipulate the machine.. The machines pick up the air that e pt blow and measure it.. your mother breath is too short that's why the machine can't sense it...
Bastard: I'm really disapointed.. it's a waste of my time. I really find you all not trustworthy...
Us: I'm sorry you make a wasted trip but your mother really can't do...
bastard: Sorry no cure... Do you know that w/o this result it'll affect other test result??
Us: Ok.. then do you wan us to get a respir doc to talk to you and explain to you how the test is being done and the result...

I can;t stand it and went to my senior and COMPLAIN... My senior can't stand it and went over to exlain to the pt.. To convince the Bastard she asked the pt to do again... And that Bastard can say that maybe his mother doesn't understand my senior... WTF!!!!!! We're speakng hokkien to her la!!!!!! Just like the way the bastard tok to his mom!!!!!!!!
Finally the doc came down...The momenet the doc came Bastard change his attitude.. He was all sorry and courteous... When the doc say that the result is inconclusive.. He said that he'll accept the result..... I seriously hate this kind of ppl!!!!!! Doc are humans.. Technicians are not humans ah!!!!!! You've got a mother.. we've got no mother la!!!!!! Bloody bastard... Sorry auntie for scolding your son bastard..... But he's indeed a Bastard...... I'll remember his looks all my life... And bloody hell you better not be in the service line........ I make sure you remember what you said to me that day!!!!!!
It just ruin my day.. Sometimes i feel that i shd really work in a lab and face those lifeless samples that face pts... You trying your best to help them and yet they shout and abuse you...
Why does the rule protect the pts?? Why doesn't they protect us too???? They hurts your pride... They disgrace you... They treat you like shit...They question your character......Who are they to judge/disgrace/hurt you??? But you're a Bastard..... Whatever you've done to us...I'm sure you'll get alot more times worse than that......
